Also can be used to protect the skin from UV light while providing a little extra motivation!

Sizing is very flexible:  Medium has fit athletes down to 8 years old or slighter built athletes up to 18 years old.  At 6 years old, they may find the medium is too loose at the upper cuff.  Typically, high school athletes of slighter to moderate build can wear a Medium up to Large.  Size Large for highs school age of slight to moderate build.  Extra Large for large arm size.
