Beyond the Play is a sports leadership and mindset program designed to help young athletes grow into confident competitors and strong leaders. Through camps, recognition, and ongoing development opportunities, Ball to Life focuses on building character, resilience, and purpose—skills that matter long after the final whistle. Our programs challenge athletes to lead with integrity, develop a strong mindset, and understand that who they are off the field matters just as much as how they perform on it.

Beyond the Play is the leadership and mindset development branch of Ball to Life. Through recognition, camps, and long-term growth opportunities, we empower young athletes to lead with integrity, confidence, and heart—on and off the field.

FAQ’s

How are camps different from the academy

Camps are one‑day, intensively focused on core leadership and mindset skills. The Leadership Academy is a long-term journey with individual and group projects, virtual and in-person trainings throughout the year, and mentorship for deeper growth.

Do athletes need to play a specific sport?

No. Leadership is a life skill—multi‑sport and all experience levels are welcome. Playing a sport is not a pre-requisite to participate. We want all youth from all backgrounds to feel welcome and grow in our programs.

Are scholorships available?

Yes. We partner with local sponsors to ensure access. Contact us to learn more or to sponsor this program.

Will there be a high school track?

Yes—expands in 2026 with the Academy launch. This will include team trainings for all levels.
